And I am now on the journey with my two teachers, Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton for my SECOND YTT 200hrs. I can already taste the difference with my teaching, refining and honing my skills and technique. It is so easy to lose sight of your own practice when you teach full time and this is a way to come back to my drishti. 

I am always striving to be a better teacher, finding different ways to bring people to a space a yoga, to open a space of yoga within people who turn up to the mat.
